Data processing |
Utilize the bcl2fastq software to perform Base Calling on the original image files from Illumina high-throughput sequencing and convert them into original sequencing reads. Use the FastQC software to analyze the base quality from 5' to 3' of the sequencing reads and assess the content of A, T, C, and G bases in the sequencing data, evaluating the base type ratio at each position from an overall level. Utilize the fastp software to filter the raw data, removing reads that do not meet the analysis criteria, in order to obtain clean reads that can be used for subsequent alignment, statistics, and further analysis. After quality control of the raw sequencing data, clean data is obtained. The clean data is then assessed to review the effectiveness of the quality control, and ultimately, the clean data is used for analysis. Read count extraction and normalization were performed using RseQC software Assembly: mm10 Supplementary files format and content: tab-delimited text file includes raw counts for each Sample Supplementary files format and content: tab-delimited text files include RPKM values for each Sample
