Title Cyclic stretching stimuli promotes HGF and MMP secretion from hESC-derived hepatoblasts and endothelial cells towards liver lobule formation in vitro.
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We induced hepatic and endothelial cells simultaneously for day9. We applied cyclic mechancial stimuli (cMS) from day9 to day12. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different cells at two time points.

Overall design 15 samples
