Using dbSNP Data Reports

This section contains FAQs that provide information about how to use dbSNP data reports — from choosing the report that contains the data you need, to locating links available in the different reports to other online data resources. There are FAQs in this section that explain where to locate specific data in a report, and FAQs that explain class and field definitions, or point you toward resources that will describe them. There are also FAQs that will provide detailed answers to questions about different fields and sections in the RefSNP (rs) and the Submitted SNP (ss) reports, as well as FAQs that will help you interpret the sequence data provided in these reports.
