Sample GSM8197492 Query DataSets for GSM8197492
Status Public on Apr 25, 2024
Title adult pancreas; PB2281-PAAD-T_S34_L008
Sample type SRA

Source name pancreas
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics tissue: pancreas
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol All remaining tissues are collected in MACSĀ® Tissue Storage Solution (Miltenyi Biotec., Auburn, CA, USA) on ice, and processed to the single cell dissociation immediately.
The sequenced libraries were processed using the HiSeqX platform from Illumina to obtain the requisite data for our study.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic single cell
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model HiSeq X Ten

Data processing The Cell Ranger pipeline was applied for pre-processing, including demultiplexing of sequencing results, barcode processing, read alignment, filtering of estimated droplets, and the generation of gene/barcode matrices. Reads were aligned to the GRCh38 human reference genome, and the UMI matrix of cell barcodes according to genes was generated for each sample.
Assembly: GRCh38
Supplementary files format and content: Raw_counts.txt.gz is a tab-delimited text file which includes UMI counts for all cells.
