Treatment protocol |
Retrovirus carrying TAp73 was generated by transfecting 293T cells with pBABE empty vector or those with the respective genes, together with the helper plasmids. H1299 cells were infected with harvested retrovirus soup for 48 hrs, and were selected with 2 µg/ml puromycin for another 2 days, and used for the experiments.
