We isolated nuclei using a loose glass dounce homogenizer followed by a tight glass homogenizer in EZ PREP buffer (Millipore Sigma, Cat# NUC-101).
Single nuclei RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard 10x Chromium Single Cell 3’ Reagent kits v3 Chemistry (10x Genomics, Cat# PN-1000075).
