Data was processed using the Juicer pipeline (Durand et al. Cell.Syst, 2016 [PMID: 27467249]) Genome_build: hg19 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Hi-C and MicroC contact with mapping quality for each fragment are provided in the merged_nodup.txt suffixed filles. Contact frequancy matrices with resolution ranging from 5Kbp to 2.5Mbp are provided as hic files.
