Treatment, type=pharmacogenomic_treatment, description=Retinas were dissected from control and transgenic animals. The transgenic animals expressed myocilin in their aqueous humor. A part of the aqueous humor also is present in the back of the eye. High levels of myocilin would be present around the retina.
