Total RNA from was isolated using Trizol as described above and further purified with RNeasy Mini kit per manufacturer’s instructions (Qiagen, Valencia, CA). 200 ng total RNA was then used for GeneChip analysis. Preparation of terminal-labeled cDNA, hybridization to genome-wide murine Gene Level 1.0 ST GeneChips (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA, USA) and scanning of the arrays were carried out according to manufacturer’s protocols (https://www.affymetrix.com).
