Treatment protocol Mice received 4 injections of MPTP-HCL(30mg/kg, IP). The first and second doses were separated by 16 hr. Mice were killed 7d after final injection (MML-Mouse MPTP Late). The SN was dissected bilaterally from six like-treated mice, pooled and RNA was prepared from Trizol homogenates per the manufacturer's protocol. (Invitrogen)
