Title |
A chromosome region linked to neurodevelopmental disorders acts in distinct neuronal circuits in males and females to control locomotor behavior |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We report a single nuclei RNA-seq of mouse total striatum to identify gene expression changes in males and female between WT and 16p11.2 hemideletion.
|
|
|
Overall design |
We performed single nuclei RNA-sequencing from total striatum of 4 groups: WT males (sample 795 and 809), 16p11.2 del/+ males (sample 796 and 807), WT females (sample 798 and 803), and 16p11.2 del/+ females (sample 806 and 811).
