Summary Single-cell RNA-sequencing of lhuman lung epithelial cells from 3 donors sorted using CD66 or Lysotracker.
 
Overall design Single cell suspensions were generated from cryopreserved minced tissue from 3 lung explants and CD66-/Lysotracke+ or CD66+/Lysotracker- epithelial cells were sorted by FACS, pooled, and underwent 10X scRNA-seq.
