Title EGR2 biases the differentiation of liver infiltrating monocytes into hLAMs.
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary This analysis was performed to understand the heterogeneity and differentiation pathway of monocyte-derived macrophages.

Overall design A single cell RNA-seq analysis of CD45.2+Lin (CD90.2, B220, NK1.1, SiglecF)-CD11b+ liver innate immune cells from one ND-fed WT mouse, one ND-fed EGR2-KO mouse, one CDA-HFD-fed WT mouse, and one CDA-HFD-fed EGR2-KO mouse.
