Title Single-cell RNAseq of mouse ventral prostate cells in steroid hormone imbalance

Summary We used scRNA-seq to study prostate cellular heterogeneity in mice impanted with testosterone and estradiol pellets.
 
Overall design Mice were implanted with hormone pellets and the ventral prostates were harvested two weeks later for cell dissociation.
