Overall design |
To profile activation of the curated gene sets across a broad panel of cell lines, we developed a high-throughput method for systematically examining the growth-suppressive effect of ORF expression in ~500 cancer cell lines. We next tested the perturbation effects of 11 ORFs (including GFP as a negative control) by lentiviral infection of each ORF encoding virus into separate pools of 488 cell lines.
