Title Expression data from ovarian cancer with CHSY1 knockdown
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary CHSY1 has high expression in malignant tumor cells, such as colorectal cancer and ovarian cancer, and is associated with poor prognosis. The proliferation and invasion of ovarian cancer cells are weakened after knocking down CHSY1 with shRNA transfected
We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying CHSY1 knockdown and identified distinct classes of up-regulated and down-regulated genes.

Overall design Ovarian cancer cells were transfected with shRNA to knockdown CHSY1 for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. Then we got ovarian cancer cells with different CHSY1 expression:shCHSY1(CHSY1 knockdown group) and shCtrl(control group )
