Summary RNA-seq analysis was performed in a RPMI-8402 T-ALL cell stably expressing Cas9 after knockout of MYC
 
Overall design RPMI-8402 cells stably expressing Cas9 were treated with either DMSO (Control) or Doxycline to induce expression of sgRNAs against MYC for 72 hours. Cells were then harvested and total RNA were extracted for library preparation and RNA-Seq analysis
