Title |
Responders to immune checkpoint therapy display early clonal expansion of tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Other
|
Summary |
Using murine models that exclude variation in host genetics, environmental factors and tumour mutation burden, limiting variation between animals to naturally diverse TCRβ repertoires, we applied bulk TCRseq to study TCRβ repertoire dynamics in ICT responders and non-responders
|
|
|
Overall design |
Bulk TCRβseq of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes at different timepoints prior to and during anti-CTLA-4 and anti-PD-L1 treatment, responders and non-responders. Each sample represents an individual biological replicate (i.e. no duplicate samples from the same mouse).
