Title |
Developmental effects of neonatal exposure to NOAEL-dose of neonicotinoid clothianidin on the gene expression profiles of hippocampus in male mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
The mechanisms of developmental neurotoxicity of neonicotinoid pesticides were not fully understood. We examined the effects of neonatal exposure to a neonicotinoid pesticide, clothianidin (CLO) on gene expression profiles of the hippocampus in male mice at 3 or 10 weeks of age.
