Overall design |
Human umbilical vein endothelial cells were transfected with 50nmol/L GapmeR targerting PCAT14 or the respective negative control (CTL). After 48h of incubation RNA was harvested with RNeasy mini plus kit (Qiagen) and whole transcriptome RNA sequencing analysis was performed.
