Title Analysis of human subcutaneous adipose tissue from an 8-week training-intervention
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary The participants performed an 8-week supervised aerobic endurance exercise intervention program. Biopsies of both adipose tissue and skeletal muscle were collected at associated timepoints and a matched analysis was performed.

Overall design We performed gene expression microarray analysis in human adipose tissue biopsies from subjects before and after acute exercise as well as before and after training interventions
