Overall design |
A 6.1 year-old Rhesus macaque had been maintained on chow prior to sacrifice and microdissection of the VMH and DMH. The VMH and DMH were then combined prior to nuclei isolation and snRNA-seq using the 10x Genomics 3’ gene expression platform.
