Title Profiling of H3K27ac positioning in primary erythroid cells by CUT&RUN

Summary For identifying the specific expressed genes in PDAC, we constructed sequencing libraries from polyadenylated-RNA extracted from 6 PDAC specimens and 6 non-tumor adjacent tissues.
 
Overall design This series contains CUT&RUN datasets for H3K27ac in FACS sorted primary erythroid cells. There are multiple biological replicates for each progenitor population, plus IgG control datasets.
