Title Effects of suberanilohydroxamic acid (SAHA) on HeLa cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary Analysis of HeLa cells treated with histone deacetylase inhibitor SAHA for 24hr. Results provide insight into the effect of SAHA on the activation of lysosomal and autophagy pathways

Overall design We used microarrays to explore the gene expression profiles differentially expressed in HeLa cells after treatment with DMSO (Control) or after treatment with the histone deactylase inhibitor Suberoylanilide Hydroxamic Acid (SAHA).
