Assess family need for social work support (e.g., palliative/respite care, home nursing, other local resources) & care coordination.
Cardiovascular Echocardiogram to assess aortic root indicesOngoing surveillance to be determined by size of aortic root, advice of cardiologist, health care framework, & data from longitudinal studies
