Analysis of subcutaneous abdominal fat and hypothalami of male Sprague-Dawleys that lost or regained weight after Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) surgery. Obesity induced by diet prior to RYBG. Results provide insight into the mechanisms contributing to successful weight loss following RYBG.
