Description:
We used 4.2M NimbleGen CGH array with a pooling reference of 200 Han Chinese to detect genome-wide CNVs in 425 male Han Chinese samples from 28 dialect groups in China. Based on the results, we built a high-quality CNV map which could serve as resources for medical and genetic studies. See Variant Summary counts for nstd145 in dbVar Variant Summary.
