Genomic context and Genomic regions, transcripts, and products sections of the Full Report display. These sections provide diagrams of the gene and its neighbors, the gene’s intron/exon organization, and the RefSeqs that are used to represent RNA products and their coding regions. These sections also anchor links to the sequence in FASTA and GenBank format, the full nucleotide Graphics viewer, and the NCBI Genome Data Viewer. Additional tracks may be displayed based on available data. For example, variant tracks, Ensembl annotation, and RNA-Seq coverage tracks may be displayed for human genes.
