Genome Information for Chlamydomonas reinhardtii
We isolated an abnormal TAG accumulation mutant, tar1-1 under N starvation. To obtain the information about differential expression genes under the regulation of TAR1, we performed RNAseq analysis of the tar1-1 mutant, parental WT strain and a complementation line, C1 under the photoautotrophic high-CO2 (5%) and N-depleted/N-replete conditions.
