Using the genome browser

The retrovirus genome browser links to RefSeq genomes and their neighbors, alignments of genomes, and literature referencing either the genomes or their organisms. Plus and minus signs expand and collaps branches, respectively. Selecting the organism name shows information and links about the organism in the information panel. Currently, only organisms with complete genomes are shown. Please report any dead links or incorrect information.

Please note that we are currently unable to save the state of the tree in the browser history, breaking the browser's back button. This issue may be fixed in future releases.
