Microbial Genome Annotation Tools
GLIMMER is a system for finding genes in microbial DNA, especially the genomes of bacteria,
archaea, and viruses. GLIMMER (Gene Locator and Interpolated Markov ModelER) uses interpolated Markov models to identify
coding regions.
